Pot Roast Benedict
the new breakfast of champions!
Last weekend I was back in Western New York and stopped by a Flying J’s to pick up some gas and coffee.
Apparently Flying J’s has decided to put “slow cooked Yankee pot roast” into a few unconventional items, namely egg benedicts and quesadillas.
Both of which sound kind of nasty, but they’re so proud of it they have flyers (pdf) posted everywhere to tout their new culinary combos.
