Resealable Socks?

Earlier today I bought some new socks… nothing noteworthy until I brought them home.
Apparently the next big marketing idea for Hanes was to make a resealable sock bag. I’m not kidding… there is a ziploc seal running across the top of the bag and a proud note saying the bag is resealable.
The only use I can see for this is if I was going on a camping/boating trip and absolutely needed new socks. In which case, I would probably put them in my own plastic bag so I know they would stay dry.
Is this to keep my next pair as fresh as the last? Or maybe, I am suppose to put tomorrow’s lunch in it and take it to work so Hanes gets some free advertising.
