Bean Town

I was out visiting Jay in Boston and just got back yesterday.
It’s a cool city… we rode around on the green, orange and red lines and drove around Back Bay, Cambridge, and Quincy.
The shores of the Charles River are beautiful… The city reminds me a lot of San Francisco and Montreal.
If I moved there I would have to live in the city or very close. All of the out lying towns are horribly laid out (i.e. Marlborough). The roads all seem to follow old horse paths and the stores are all placed randomly with no town planning.
As a side note, while I was out in Mass., I drove down to Rhode Island and checked another state off my list.
