Wishing Bridge

A couple of months ago I was in Israel for work and even though I was in the Google Haifa office the majority of the time, I did get a chance to check out Haifa, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and some misc places in between.
Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to post most of the photos, but I thought I’d throw up a few of the ones I did have ready.
Old Jaffa’s Wishing Bridge
Old Jaffa is a 4,000+ year old port city that is absolutely beautiful. It’s right on the Mediterranean coast just south of Tel Aviv.
Here’s what the sign reads next to wishing bridge:
An ancient legend holds that anyone boarding the bridge, holds its zodiac sign and looks at the sea — their wish will come true.
